Return Eligibility
At KAANUKA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible products under the following conditions:
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items

- Products without original packaging or tags
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
How to Return a Product
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Step 2: Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return
- Step 3: Our team will review your request and send you return instructions within 24-48 hours
- Step 4: Once approved, ship the product back to the provided address
- Step 5: After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process your refund
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund according to the following terms:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after product inspection
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges only for damaged or defective products.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please follow these steps:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear images of the damaged or incorrect product

- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost

Order Cancellation
We understand that plans can change. Here's our cancellation policy:
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched
- Contact us immediately at support@kaanuka.shop with your order number
- Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned following our return policy
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days
